Edgewood’s Student Senate Executive Board Elections for the 2020-21 academic year started today and will go through April 17.

Current Student Senate President Sydney Wilcox, an Edgewood senior, said she is excited for this year’s elections. “One of my big goals coming into my last year as a member of the Student Senate was to see the growth of the senate,” she said. “It’s heartwarming to see that there are so many students who are genuinely passionate about Edgewood and want to be a part of the change that can be brought to our campus.”

Wilcox said that students could apply for any positions on the senate executive board besides president, which requires at least one semester of prior involvement with Student Senate.
